United Kingdom access is restricted. Availability and performance vary. New eligible gateways appear through the service’s server list; no app update is needed just to add a location.

Getting started

From sign-in to connection.

01. Get your account

Contact support for current access and plan availability. Pricing is not yet published on this site.

02. Select your routing

Choose all apps or your preferred app list, then select an available gateway if your account allows it.

03. Connect securely

Approve Android’s VPN request, connect, and check the app’s handshake status. Use Android’s Always-on and lockdown settings for system-level protection.

Before you connect.

Does the standard edition activate during WhatsApp calls?

No. Call detection and notification-listener access are excluded. You can manually connect the VPN and use split tunneling to route WhatsApp or other chosen apps.

Is TengriVPN a zero-log service?

No. We retain account and security audit information, including operational login/device events and port-forward allocations, for up to three years. We do not record browsing URLs, packet contents or WhatsApp call audio in the VPN application code. Read the privacy policy for providers and retention limits.

Will a VPN make my internet faster?

Not necessarily. Speed depends on your mobile or Wi-Fi signal, distance, routing, gateway load and available bandwidth. No speed or access guarantee is offered.

What happens if I change phones or reinstall?

The app uses a device key protected by Android Keystore. Uninstalling can remove that key. Contact support to reset your account’s device binding; do not share passwords or private keys.

How can I delete my account?

Use Account → Delete account in the app, or follow the external deletion instructions. Verification is required to protect your account.
